Delegate Capito moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 544 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §24-2-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931 as amended, relating to increasing the power purchase agreement (PPA) cap from 25 kW to 50kW for residential customers and from 500 kW to 1,000 kW for commercial customers.”
